VBXGEN 2 Shareware version

VBXGEN is a source code generator, which will help in the
process of writing VBX tools. VBX tools are the tools used
in Microsoft Visual Basic, to build applications. To use
VBXGEN you will require the professional version of 
Visual Basic (for the CDK) and a windows compiler which
can compile VBX source code (MS Visual C++ recommended).

Although OXC's will eventually replace VBX's we all know
that this may be a long time coming, so why wait. Use VBXGEN
to help you create Visual Basic tools TODAY, and jump on
the 'component' bandwagon!

This version of VBXGEN is a shareware version, which has
the ability to create user definable events, taken out.
If you register VBXGEN you will receive the full version
which allows you to create user defined event procedures
for your VBX. This is a very useful feature and we
encourage you to register as soon as possible. You can
register on compuserve in the SWREG forum (the shareware
reg no. is 4791), or by registering direct with the author 
(see the about box in VBXGEN for details).

To use VBXGEN first run Setup.exe on this disk to install
it to your hard drive. After running VBXGEN you can read
the help file for more details on how to use it. You
basically need to set up a few details, define properties
etc, then simply press a button and the VBX source code
skeleton is created for you. You can then modify this (i.e.
add you own code to the paint proc) and compile it to
create your own VBX tool.
